Solum GB have been excellent throughout. I had an existing solar installation and was looking to expand, especially as the previous installer had not impressed (either with the product or customer service). Solum carried out the initial installation a few years back. They have since carried out the necessary overhaul of antifreeze and maintenance on two occasions. The system works well, giving initial heat in winter and only needing a quick top-up for a bath, while in summer there is a full tank of hot water. On all occasions they have been on time and kept us informed about the works. We are very happy with their service.
